Shipping

Orders placed for archival giclée prints are shipped between 3-6 business days. Orders placed after noon (pacific time) on Fridays or during the weekend will not go into production until Monday. Larger orders may take slightly longer.

DOMESTIC (USA) SHIPPING

Shipping is available for domestic (USA) only.

Standard shipping costs are calculated in your cart and can be viewed before making the final payment.

Please double check that your address is correct when placing an order. Any issues or extra costs that arise because of the wrong shipping address will be billed accordingly. Returned packages may be subject to additional charges if they need to be reshipped (when the address matches the shipping address and the buyer/recipient did not accept the package or it was undeliverable by USPS, UPS or Fedex, or if a package is declined/returned from a PO Box location).

Exchanges

DAMAGES/MISPRINTS

While uncommon, damages can happen in transit from shipping. For insurance claim reasons, you must provide clear images of any damaged giclée prints and the packaging in an email. Damage claims must be reported within 10 days of order arrival date. The same shall apply to orders missing an item in the package, or the wrong artwork was sent.

Orders for damaged or missing giclée prints will receive a replacement after photos are confirmed.

For orders with damaged prints, please destroy all unusable prints by tearing up the images and recycling/disposing of the damaged order after a replacement is confirmed via email. This request saves on return postage and time for a replacement being sent and helps protects the copyright of the artwork.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be processed after printing for your order has been completed. Orders may be cancelled if printing has not started. There is a 2-hour window after an order is placed to safely cancel before the printing process begins, however any time after that is not guaranteed, so please reach out as soon as possible via email. The order cannot be considered cancelled until you receive a confirmation of order cancellation email. Please order carefully to avoid having to request to cancel/change an order.
