Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 3–6 business days. Orders placed after noon (Pacific Time) on Fridays or over the weekend will go into production on Monday. Larger orders may take a little longer and may arrive in separate shipments.
Availability
Giclée prints ship within the USA only. Premium posters and all other products are available for shipping to select international locations. Please note that international deliveries may take longer than domestic ones.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart and displayed before final payment. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Any issues or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses will be billed to the buyer. Returned or undeliverable packages may incur additional charges if they need to be reshipped.
Exchanges
Damages / Misprints
While uncommon, damages can occur in transit. For insurance claim reasons, you must provide clear images of the damaged items and the packaging via email within 10 days of the delivery date. This also applies if an item is missing from your order or if the wrong artwork was sent.
Once damage has been confirmed, a replacement will be sent. For damaged prints, please destroy unusable portions by tearing them and recycling or discarding them after your replacement has been confirmed via email. This helps save on return postage, speeds up the replacement process, and protects the copyright of the artwork.
Refunds / Cancellations
Refunds cannot be provided once printing has begun. Orders may be cancelled if production has not started. Requests must be made via email within 2 hours of purchase to cancel before production begins. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
An order is not considered cancelled until you receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully before placing it to avoid needing changes or cancellations.
